Each day will give you enough food for three appropriate meals. This meal prep is intelligently designed to be very balanced and nourishing. The diet is designed to be high energy, clean fuel for your body that will make you feel light and energized!
All meals are kept simple and vegan without compromising your health or your taste buds!
Please contact me with any allergies. All allergies can be averted or replaced.
Suggested beverages include:
Water with lemon, honey, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne if wanted (this will curve appetite and clean out your system.)
Also detox with noncaffeinated tea Such as Ginger, Turmeric, Reishi, Dandelion, milk thistle, Chaga etc. Brands often carry detox teas that are a blend of detoxifying herbs.
The big goal is to stay away from anything processed such as processed sugar (soda and juices that have added sugar), caffeine, dairy, etc. Kombucha is a great alternative but again should be consumed in moderation due to its sugar content.
